You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order, no questions asked.

To initiate a return, email us at contact@lumevre.com with your order number and, if you wish, the reason for return.

Conditions: the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged on arrival? Please photograph the damage within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We will resolve it promptly.
