Who is Lumevre?
Lumevre is a European brand with roots in Portugal and headquarters in the Netherlands. We design sculptural objects for interiors, homes, and the spaces in between. Starting with our convex wall mirror made of polished stainless steel. Each object is designed to stand out without being flashy. It's an object that changes a room.
What is a convex mirror?
A convex mirror has a surface that curves outward, reflecting the room at a wide angle. This creates a unique visual effect. Rooms appear larger, more dynamic, and more interesting. We have also published a blog post to dive deeper into the history and benefits of a convex mirror.
What material are Lumevre convex mirrors made of?
Our mirrors are made of 304 stainless steel, the highest standard quality available for decorative objects. The exterior has a high-gloss polished surface, while the interior has a matte, brushed finish.
Will there be more products or variations?
Yes. Lumevre is a brand for sculptural home objects. The convex mirror is our first piece, but not our last. More items are already in development. Connect with us on Instagram to stay updated.
Orders & shipping
What does shipping cost?
Shipping within the Netherlands is €6.75. For Belgium and Germany, shipping is €17.50. All orders over €75 benefit from free shipping, regardless of destination.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within two business days after you place your order. Within the Netherlands, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. For Belgium and Germany, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days on average.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Does Lumevre also ship internationally?
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. More countries will follow. Send us an email on contact@lumevre.com if you live outside this region, so we can look into the possibilities.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. The product must be in the original condition, and in the complete original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or was delivered incorrectly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That shouldn't happen, but if it does: reach out to us at contact@lumevre within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number, photos of both the damaged item and the packaging. We will sort out either a replacement or a refund - this won't cost you anything. We may ask for additional information if needed.
Unboxing, mounting & maintenance
What's included in the box?
Your Lumevre mirror arrives wrapped in a branded microfibre pouch, along with two microfibre cloths and mounting instructions. Everything you need to hang it - aside from a screw and wall anchor - is included.
How difficult is it to install the convex mirror?
Mounting the Lumevre mirror will not take more than 4 minutes. The keyhole mount is already fixed to the back of your mirror - no assembly needed there. You will need your own wall anchor and screw (not included) suitable for your wall type. We recommend a screw size of 8 mm. We have an online version of Lumevre Installation guide.
How do I take care of my Lumevre mirror?
Each mirror is packaged in a branded microfibre pouch. Additionally, you receive two microfibre cloths. Use one cloth to hold the mirror steady, and the other cloth to polish the surface in gentle circular motions. No cleaning products are needed. The microfibre cloth also functions well for your (sun)glasses.
How much do the mirrors weigh?
The weight depends on the size:
- 15 cm — approx. 500 grams.
- 25 cm — approx. 1,300 grams
- 35 cm — approx. 1,600 grams
Is the convex mirror suitable for outdoor use?
No. Despite being made of stainless steel, our mirrors are designed exclusively for indoor use. We therefore advise against hanging them outdoors.
Gifting & B2B
Is the Lumevre convex mirror a good gift?
Absolutely. The 15cm mirror is our most suitable gift size. The microfiber pouch and cloths make it a complete set, ready to surprise your loved ones with.
I run a café, boutique, or studio - can I feature Lumevre in my space?
