Returns & refunds
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order - no return reason required.
How to request a return
- Send us an email at contact@lumevre.com with your order number.
- If you'd like, let us know the reason for the return - it helps us improve our products and services.
- Pack the mirror securely in its complete original packaging and send it to the address we’ll provide via email.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and refund the purchase amount via your original payment method.
Return policy
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Product arrived damaged
This shouldn’t happen, but if it does: Take photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery (both the product and the packaging) and email them to us along with your order number. We will resolve this for you immediately and in this case, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Incorrect shipment
In the rare case that you receive the wrong product, we apologize for the mistake. Please send us an email and explain what went wrong, alongside photos. We will resolve this for you immediately and in this case, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
